1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply.

An "Account" is a registered user profile on gpdsgameshop.com. "Digital Goods" are virtual currency, top-ups, vouchers, digital codes, subscriptions, and other intangible products delivered electronically. An "Order" is a request you place to purchase Digital Goods. A "Transaction" is the combination of payment and delivery for an Order. "Game Publisher" means the company that owns or operates a third-party game (for example, Moonton for Mobile Legends, miHoYo for Genshin Impact, Riot Games for Valorant). "Payment Service Provider" or "PSP" means an independent licensed payment processor we use, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QRPH-participating banks, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Wise, and licensed USDT processors. "Personal Data" has the meaning given in the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

In these Terms, the singular includes the plural and vice versa, "including" means "including without limitation," and headings are for convenience only.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to place an order on GPDS Game Shop. This applies consistently across our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

Users between 13 and 17 years old may browse gpdsgameshop.com only with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any activity on the Account, including any purchases made by the minor.

We do not knowingly allow children under thirteen (13) to use GPDS Game Shop. If we learn that a child under 13 has registered or transacted on the platform, we will close the Account, delete personal data associated with it, and reverse the Transaction where commercially feasible.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and that you are not prohibited from using gpdsgameshop.com under any applicable law. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of undelivered Digital Goods.

5. Account Registration and Security

To place orders on GPDS Game Shop, you must register an Account with accurate, complete, and current information. You can also sign in to an existing account or manage your details from your account dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can secure the Account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, or share your Account with anyone else. You may not create multiple Accounts to abuse promotions, evade restrictions, or commit fraud. We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these rules.

GPDS Game Shop will never ask you for your password, OTP, or two-factor codes outside of the active fulfillment of an order you placed. If anyone claiming to represent GPDS asks for these, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected].

6. Ordering and Pricing

When you place an order on gpdsgameshop.com, you must provide the information needed to deliver your Digital Goods. For most direct top-ups, this is your in-game User ID (UID) and Server or Zone ID. For example, MLBB top-ups require your User ID and Server ID, and Genshin Impact top-ups require your UID and the server you play on. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information. Prices displayed at checkout at the time you confirm your order are the prices that apply. GPDS Game Shop reserves the right to set, adjust, or withdraw prices at any time, to apply dynamic pricing based on foreign-exchange movement, to limit the quantity of Digital Goods available per Account, and to refuse or cancel orders that we suspect of fraud or abuse.

Discounts of up to 25% on MLBB diamonds and 10% on Honor of Kings tokens are based on supplier rates and may change without notice. Promotional codes and limited-time offers are subject to their own published terms and may be canceled or revoked if abused.

You are responsible for any taxes (including value-added tax, digital service taxes, or withholding taxes) that apply to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction, except where GPDS Game Shop is required to collect and remit those taxes.

7. Payments

GPDS Game Shop accepts payments through licensed third-party Payment Service Providers, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QRPH bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Wise, and licensed USDT processors.

Each PSP operates under its own terms, fees, and regulatory obligations. GPDS Game Shop does not store full credit or debit card numbers, CVV or CVC codes, OTPs, or full bank account numbers — these are handled directly by the PSP and never reach our servers.

By making a payment, you authorize the PSP to charge the selected payment method for the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes or fees. If a payment fails authorization, the order is automatically void and no Digital Goods are delivered.

Currency conversion, exchange-rate fees, and bank-imposed charges are determined by your PSP or card network, not by GPDS Game Shop. We are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or for fees imposed by your bank or wallet provider.

8. Digital Goods and Delivery

All products sold on GPDS Game Shop are Digital Goods. Digital Goods are intangible, delivered electronically, and immediately consumable or redeemable. They cannot be physically returned.

Most orders at GPDS Game Shop are processed within 1 to 5 minutes after payment is confirmed. Direct top-ups using your User ID — such as MLBB, Honor of Kings, and Genshin Impact — are usually the fastest. Login-based top-ups, which require temporary account access for products such as certain Ragnarok and Lord Nine items, may take slightly longer depending on supplier queue. Delivery times may also be affected by game-publisher maintenance, peak-event traffic, or PSP delays. You can check the live status of any order from the track order page.

You are responsible for ensuring that the User ID, Server ID, region, and any other delivery details you provide are correct. Errors caused by incorrect customer input do not constitute delivery failure and are not eligible for refund.

A Transaction is considered complete and irreversible when payment is authorized and Digital Goods have been initiated for delivery. Our internal records and logs constitute conclusive evidence of the Transaction.

9. Refunds and Order Issues

Digital Goods are non-refundable once delivered, redeemed, or accessed. This is a fundamental characteristic of digital products and is consistent with consumer-protection norms for immediately-consumable digital content.

A refund or replacement may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met: the Digital Good was not delivered to your account, the failure was not caused by customer error (such as a wrong UID), the issue is reported to us within seven (7) days of the order date, and we are able to independently verify the failure through supplier logs and proof of load.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may exclude non-recoverable third-party fees charged by the PSP. Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 15 business days depending on your bank or wallet provider.

We do not provide refunds for: incorrect User ID, Server ID, or region details supplied by you; account bans or restrictions imposed by the game publisher; in-game items lost or removed by the publisher after delivery; delays caused by game-publisher maintenance or PSP processing; promotional or bonus items received as part of a paid order; or buyer's remorse.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a Transaction is incorrect, please contact [email protected] first before disputing the charge with your bank, card issuer, or e-wallet provider. Most issues can be resolved directly within hours.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting GPDS Game Shop support may result in immediate Account suspension, revocation of any undelivered Digital Goods, permanent Account termination, and being blacklisted from future services.

If a chargeback is filed and we have evidence of valid delivery, we may dispute the chargeback with the PSP, recover any chargeback fees from your Account balance or future orders, and pursue legal recovery of losses where appropriate. Knowingly filing a false or abusive payment dispute is fraud and may be referred to law enforcement under the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175) and the Revised Penal Code.

11. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges

Some products on GPDS Game Shop, such as Blessing of the Welkin Moon for Genshin Impact or Starlight Pass for Mobile Legends, are subscription-style products with recurring in-game benefits. The recurring nature of these products is set by the game publisher, not by GPDS, and you receive them as a single purchase.

If we introduce true recurring billing in the future (where your payment method is automatically charged on a schedule), it will be clearly disclosed at checkout, and you will be able to cancel future charges at any time through your Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges only and does not refund previously delivered subscription periods.

12. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using GPDS Game Shop, you agree not to engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation; abuse promotions, discount codes, or pricing errors; use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the platform; harass, threaten, or abuse other users or GPDS staff; violate the intellectual property rights of GPDS, game publishers, or third parties; reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to compromise the security of gpdsgameshop.com; use the platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal purpose; or attempt to resell GPDS-purchased Digital Goods outside of our official Partnership program.

Violations may result in Order cancellation, Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of undelivered Digital Goods, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

13. Fraud Prevention and Account Verification

GPDS Game Shop uses automated and manual systems to detect suspicious orders, multi-account abuse, promotion exploitation, and payment irregularities. We may delay, flag, block, or reverse Transactions that trigger our fraud-prevention systems while we investigate.

For high-value orders, suspected abuse, or chargeback disputes, we may request additional verification, including proof of payment ownership (such as a redacted bank statement or e-wallet transaction screenshot), a valid government-issued ID, or other documentation. Failure to comply with reasonable verification requests within seven (7) days may result in Order cancellation or Account suspension.

We process verification documents under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy and do not retain them longer than necessary.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on gpdsgameshop.com — including the GPDS Game Shop name, logo, design, text, graphics, blog content, and software — is owned by GPDS Game Shop or licensed to us, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, share, and link to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written consent.

The names, logos, and trademarks of game publishers and the games we serve (Mobile Legends, Honor of Kings, Genshin Impact, Valorant, Ragnarok, Call of Duty Mobile, and others) belong to their respective owners. We use these names solely to describe the Digital Goods we sell, not to claim affiliation with or endorsement by the game publishers.

15. Third-Party Games and Content

GPDS Game Shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. We act as a third-party reseller of Digital Goods sourced through authorized regional suppliers and licensed distributors.

Once Digital Goods are delivered to your in-game account, they are governed by the terms of service of the relevant game publisher, not by us. We are not responsible for game-publisher actions including account bans or suspensions, in-game item removal or rebalancing, server maintenance or game shutdowns, or changes to in-game economies that affect the value of previously purchased Digital Goods.

If a game publisher restricts third-party top-ups for a particular title, GPDS Game Shop will discontinue that product and notify affected customers.

16. Service Availability

We work to keep gpdsgameshop.com online and operational at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform; perform scheduled or emergency maintenance; or restrict access for security, compliance, or risk-management reasons.

We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including PSP outages, game-publisher downtime, internet service provider issues, government action, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, gpdsgameshop.com and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, freedom from errors or defects, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability beyond what is required by the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPDS Game Shop's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of gpdsgameshop.com is limited to the total amount you paid to GPDS Game Shop in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 5,000, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine consumer-protection law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. How we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our use of cookies and similar tracking technologies is described in our Cookies Policy.

We process personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. To exercise your data subject rights or file a privacy complaint, see Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] or by managing your details from your account dashboard. Closing your Account does not entitle you to a refund of previously delivered Digital Goods.

We may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms or our Privacy Policy; if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity; if your Account is inactive for an extended period; if a chargeback or payment dispute remains unresolved; or if we are required to do so by law or by a regulator.

Where commercially reasonable, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to cure the breach. Upon termination, your right to use gpdsgameshop.com ends immediately, but the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including refund policy, intellectual property, dispute resolution, governing law, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

20. Dispute Resolution

Step 1 — Contact us first. If you have a dispute with GPDS Game Shop, you must first contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and the resolution you are seeking. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within fifteen (15) business days.

Step 2 — Mediation (optional). If we are unable to resolve the dispute through direct communication, the parties may, by mutual agreement, refer the dispute to mediation under the Philippine Mediation Center or another mutually-agreed mediator. Mediation is voluntary unless required by law.

Step 3 — Court proceedings. Any dispute that is not resolved through Steps 1 and 2 may be brought before the courts described in Section 21.

Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or your right to file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for consumer-protection matters or with the National Privacy Commission for data-protection matters.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not resolved under Section 20 shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Pasig City, Philippines, except where a different venue is required by mandatory consumer-protection law (in which case the venue chosen by you as the consumer shall apply where permitted).

If you are accessing GPDS Game Shop from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. We make no representation that gpdsgameshop.com is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top, increment the version number, and for material changes, post a prominent notice on gpdsgameshop.com and, where appropriate, notify you by email at least fifteen (15) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of GPDS Game Shop after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using gpdsgameshop.com and may close your Account.

23. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GPDS Game Shop regarding gpdsgameshop.com and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Account. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, war, pandemics, internet or PSP outages, or game-publisher downtime.

Language. These Terms are written in English. If a translation is provided for convenience, the English version controls in case of conflict.
